Civita S.r.l. was founded in February 2006 and is a services company with operational offices in Catania and Siracusa. It supports companies through growth and transformation, designing and delivering initiatives to develop and qualify human capital.
With an integrated approach it links business innovation strategies to skills needs: the introduction of new technologies, methods and production models becomes a specialist learning path, supported by the funding opportunities available for training.
Experience in integrated design and cooperation with universities and research bodies allow Civita to work within innovation partnerships and ecosystems, helping transfer knowledge between research and industry.

Incubation and acceleration programmes for teams, start-ups and SMEs, with a partnership of Fabcube (lead), StartupGym and Civita. Civita is responsible for training and capacity building: digital leadership, change management and 4.0 skills.
