Diversity, inclusion and gender equality

Civita has adopted a policy on gender equality, diversity and inclusion and is certified under the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice.

The policy guides recruitment, professional development, work organisation and communication, with the aim of ensuring equal opportunities for everyone.
